I originally trained at UCT medical school before immigrating to the UK.

I completed all my anaesthesia training in the Northern Deanery and original specialised and practiced in Vascular Anaesthesia.

I now work in a DGH and do predominantly extremes of age anaesthesia – Trauma and Paediatrics. North Tees has several paediatric specific lists for training purposes – community dentals, MRI, urology and endoscopy as well as emergency lists.

This provides both in and out of theatre experience in paediatrics as well as covering special needs children. I have an interest in education, I am the College tutor and do lots of exam and interview practice.
